Public Safety Announcement Creative Brief
(or PSA if you're in the biz)

Background:
Often times when walking in public, you will see a woman who is clearly wearing a thong. Recent fashion trends allow women to show off the top of their underwear above a pair of low riding pants/jeans (usually a thong is more visually pleasing, but not all instances are thongs). Another thing seen from time to time is women wearing thongs while wearing skirts/dresses to avoid disastrous panty lines. While doing this is understandable, there's no reason to wear a dark thong under a light colored skirt (unless you're hot...read on for explanation). Sometimes seeing said underwear on women is a good thing. Many times it is just wrong. By classic standards, younger women (we'll call them 18-35) and weighing 100 - 135 pounds, working to pull this off is acceptable. The ones classified as wrong are usually older* and carry a bit more weight*.

* On rare occasions, older women are capable of pulling this off, but their asses must still be tight. Concurrently, taller women (6 ft or higher) may stretch the upper limits of the weight limit, but they too must remain as they say, "smokin," to be able to pull off a thong.

Message Takeaway
If you're old or heavy, do not show off your thong.
